i answered this number and the caller said he was from orange calling about my upgrade, I put him off and he called twice more. I talked about my upgrade, he new all my details and gave his opinion on suitable mobiles for me - even advising on my usage and a better phone for me because of it. I contacted orange the day after and they had no record of my call, upgrade or anything about this ? a waste of time and effort if this was a crank call, not sure of the purpose for the scammer but will be checking my phone bill closely now.

Didn't answer as have had other calls and texts from ppi claim companies and expected it to be similar. Still don't know where they are getting my number, but these calls are one of the reasons I dislike answering calls from numbers I do no recognise. This should not be allowed.

Calling me while I am abroad means I pay a reception charge which is totally unfair. its the usual an automated service regarding some insurance or such. i wish i could block it, called me about 5 times now and when i dont hear phone it goes to voicemail and i get charged.

I am so angry at these people. I am away on business and my phone is constantly ringing in meetings. I am out of the country and I think its urgent. Someone somewhere has to stop these people being like a bad smell that just does not go away. I have had 2 a day for the past week. They all should be stopped and closed down immediately. Get a proper job!

Accident claims company telling you that you have been chosen from their data base because you have had an accident recently that might not have been your own fault.
i spoke with them and they asked me if I had, had an accident in the last 2 years that was not my fault. I said they should tell me about it as they had chosen me because of this incident. The person told me it was a fall I had experienced to which I replied "that's a load of bullocks, as I hadn't, and they should p'ss off and not call me again! I think they might have got the message!! It was in my opinion a very poor attempt at cold calling. Not wanted especially as I'm registered with TPS to prevent these type of calls. I will be forwarding a complaint!
