   When answered automated service states barclays and other bank customers etc entitled to ppi etc.
   when you ring back an automated nessage answers the phone saying about pension entitlments, if you press '9' apparently your number gets put on their do not contact list.

   Ring back costs and dialing 9 gives them the OK to flog your number to more of the same annoying companies that ring all the time.
