Yes, stay well clear!!! I have waited almost 3 months for a part. The engineer arrived and said that he needed to order a part for my washing machine. He promised to call me back the next day and never did. I left it 2 weeks and still nothing! I called them every 2 weeks for almost 3 months and they still say they are waiting for the part to arrive. I haven't had one courtesy call in 3 months. I have tried demanding a refund for my call out but they are not refunding me. To make matters worse, they are not answering calls from my house phone or mobile now. I have a gut feeling that this company is run out of a small call centre somewhere with a few members of staff. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. It is now with my bank for an indem claim.
