   Calls from this number are a nuisance; no message left and when I tried the number myself the voice quoted something about South Africa and that all numbers they call are TPS screened; I hung up

    i had a bunch of calls from this number. when i answered, a pre-recorded message said that I had to press 5 regarding a refund to either my Barclays or NatWest account. i'm not a customer of either, so i put the phone down. still, i wonder how they even got my number, since i'm very careful not to give it away to strangers.
