    they keep calling, I want someone to come to the house so I can waste their time but I've failed so far, however this time, the 'advisor' said he was from 'The Boiler Helpline' when I asked them to confirm, they hung up!

    Don't know who it is as got BT8500 phone with Call Guardian and caller did not announce name to get through or leave a message. Now blocked the number as others say it is a boiler scam.

    I keep getting pestered by this number, as soon as my answer machine cuts in they clear the call.
    From past experience when that happens it's a scam or cold-caller, either way it's someone who does not respect or obey the TPS.
