   This number (08443373970) has been calling every day for the past week. Automated message about replacing my boiler as a government requirement before 2017, complete balderdash. These people are criminals trying to get money from hard working citizens. SCAMMERS.

   Had calls from this number over a period of weeks.I do not answer calls I do not recognise.If you answer in the way you are asked you will likely be charged-and that's the scam.Why no action has been taken by now concerning these calls is beyond me.

   Daily unwanted calls, should be outlawed but never will be.
   Reporting to the TPS is a waste of time, been registered with them for over three years, never did any good.

   Same as other comments, I've pressed button 9 to remove my number, registered with TPS and ex dir but have had 12 calls from this number.
   They have told me "your not on TPS and we check every morning" who is doing the checking Stevie Wonder!!
   When is something going to be done for this blatant abuse of TPS.
   Increase the size of fines and the amount of companies fined and give the money to TPS to increase their ability to protect the general public from constant abuse on our PRIVATE lines.

   Getting these a few times a month. Been on s TPS for months but automated calls aren't covered. Also registered this call with ICO too. More people who do means it will get investigated.

    As with the others reporting this number I keep getting disturbed by them. Since they don't bother to hide their number and have been reported to the ICO I can't understand why they haven't been stopped and heavily fined! Come on, ICO!

    I never answer these calls. This company then puts on recorded message to press '2' to get in touch with them for a new boiler which they say is "a government requirement before 2017".
    This is, of course tripe, as are the company making the call. If your boiler is working fine, no need to call these aggressive twerps. If you need a new boiler, make your own arrangements. Never, ever respond to a creep who has phoned you.

    This number calls at least once per day, often two or three times with a recorded message. It claims that "the national database" indicates that you have not had an energy efficiency survey. This is a government scheme where you could recieve a free gas boiler - Act now

    Usual recorded message about having to replace the gas boiler before 2017. The last three numbers (970 etc) can vary. Will my call blocker run out of memories before 'they' run out of numbers ?

    Look at the facts. They phone you non stop. You press a number to stop recieving the calls, but you get more calls. You phone them back and ask them to stop, they abuse you and hang up. They are trying to make you phone their premium rate number. No decent firm would have anything to do with them. So what is the point of answering. REPORT TO ICO. Online form to fill in only takes minutes

    These scumbags have called me twice today. I believe they keep changing the last 3 digits to get past my call blocker (had similar from virtually identical numbers but ending in '015' and '019'. I've reported them to ICO.

    2 calls from this number this afternoon following on from 1 yesterday and 12 last week from their previous number, 08443373019. Usual suspected scam re boiler replacement. Am TPS registered and have reported the lot to ICO; also sent letter to my MP requesting action be taken to stop this harrassment.

    I have to echo the other posts about calls from this number. We are getting these almost daily and have been for around 6 months now (along with others from similar numbers previously mentioned). We are usually out when the calls come through and the recording gets left on our call minder service. The speaker often has a Scottish accent (no offence intended to our friends north of the border). We don't usually listen to the whole thing so wasn't aware of the bit about having to act before 2017. Like others we are ex-directory and registered with TPS so I now intend to report this to the IC

    This number has called my landline (registered with TPS and ex-directory) at least 4 times a day since 1st June. I am sick of it. I have reported it to the Information Commisioners Office. 08443373015 and 08443373019 called 4 times a day between 25th May and 30th May. Why can they not be stopped? I find these alls distressing as I am disabled and struggle to get to the phone.

    Nearly broke my neck answering this call and on several occasions have had to ruin a meal. It is a serious that these calls can cause such a nuisance.

    Recorded message saying that if on benefits we qualify to have an assessment to have a new A rated boiler which the Government needs us to do before before 2017.
