They keep calling the school where I work as a receptionist and asking to speak to a member of staff. We have explained on numerous occasions that they must contact the member of staff on her home or mobile number and to stop calling the School as this is inappropriate. They have now doubled the number of times they call - took 5 calls from them yesterday.

They will only phone the school if they have been given the school's number as a contact number by the member of staff who is their customer. Therefore your issue should be with the member of staff - ask him/her why they gave Aqua the school number as their contact number? Then tell them that they must contact Aqua and get the school number deleted from Aqua's records.
People should NEVER give their work number to any bank/card provider etc. if it will be inappropriate for that company to call you at work, because if you owe them money and they are unable to contact you any other way they WILL call your work number. After all, they are perfectly entitled to chase people for money that they are owed. -
