Called and said I was entitled to saving on existing Sky Repair policy, reducing down to £90. Transferred to Billing department and after they confirmed my details asked for my bank card details. Very insistent on me providing these, however I refused to provide.

I just got a call from this number. They told me that the annual payment from me has not yet been accounted for and whether there's something went wrong. I could not even understand the company name. I said that I always pay everything on time and someone else are kidding.
