   Called my mother saying from Virgin Media said we needed a new card for tv box, as many customers have been having viewing and sound issues Virgin Media are sending every customer a new card for the TV box. I got really suspicious as the new V6 box doesn't have a viewing card. Got even more suspicious when he started to ask for bank details. I said that if he was from Virgin Media that he would have this information, he said he has, but wanted us to confirm the information. I said that if this is correct and we need a new card I will contact Virgin Media myself, he tried his best to keep me chatting on the phone but I hung up.
   MMMMMM this is what they call PHISHING/PROFILE BUILDING.
   Everyone needs to be aware even more so the elderly as they would probably fall into the trap.

   Called from this number this morning saying my Sky card about to expire and then offering a 40% discount for being a loyal customer. They obviously had my personal details. I put the phone down when they asked for my bank details. Definitely a scam which was confirmed when I googled this number.
   Wicked as they knew my husband had died.
