Really Angry reported unknown with the number 08448046561 as Cost trap
Call Management customer services 0844 804 6561called my mother. They already had her credit card number. Stated she already had a 5 year contract with them which had 3 years to run...but they'd like to offer those remaining 3 years at a discount for a total of £125. If she wanted to cancel the (non existing) contract that would be £500! £125 was taken from her account that day.....she did not provide any details! Low and behold a box arrived today with a device in it!! Strange when they said she already had a contract! The credit card statement showed the company who took the money was callmanagementltd.co.uk. I searched this and the address on the website http://callmanagementltd.co.uk came up. I did a company search and there is no such registered company name....but on the website another company name was shown it was Everycloud Ideas Suite 95 2 Lansdown Crescent BH1 1SA Customer Service: 0844 542 0030(EXT 1) E-mail: [email protected] This company has one director called Kez Wilkes. He previously was a director of another Bournemouth company now dissolved called Cold Call Management. Oh and he's also director of a tanning salon.....get the picture?
