Oh dear - sounded so professional - claimed to be Barclaycard checking a fraud transaction on my wifes card. Knew her name & address not sure what he was fishing for - asked how long we had lived at our address - maybe that was it?

Claimed to be barclaycard calling about a refund which was processed through my 'payment acceptance facility.' Left a voicemail asking me to call them back on a premium rate number. Seemed very professional but I do not deal eith barclays whatsoever.

Claimed to be Barclaycard checking a transaction. I checked with Barclaycard and they do not recognise the number.
