Taken £9.99 from my account without authorisation, and when I've called this number they are refusing to refund this amount back to me. Even if authorised, this request was well within the 14 days cooling off period for a full refund and cancellation. Highly illegal practice. Also this number is premium rate and has added another £20-£30 per phone call to my bill. Money I already cannot afford. Thieves and scammers
