    Apparently they believe that they are exempt from TPS rules if they make an automated call.

    I wish I had not picked up, unfortunately no way to reverse this now.

    This number belongs to Dun & Bradstreet /D&B , I figured it out by calling back when I saw that I have a missed call from them.
    Dont pick up, just wasting of your time !!!!
