   They cold called me, a 73 year old, asking if I'd considered funeral planning and paying for my funeral in advance. I found this very distressing. How did they get my number? Why are they harassing the elderly with calls like this. They should be taken to court and banned.

   They know about the Telephone Preference Service (I am registered) but completely ignore the fact they are breaking the law and continue to phone pretending to be "Market Research"
