    Dear Sir/ Madam
    I am so sorry to missed your call at 11;38 am yesterday.Unfortunately I had received two text massage from Lloyds bank on Thursday. The Bank noticed me my Debit card used online Purchase. I replied no I didn't (NO)& i Called 03556004862 spoke to a Lady Sara & She asked my detail and also bank.She gave me another no 03456004862 Phone rang up more than one hour but didn't answer & hang off. Friday morning at 0800 hour I spoke to another lady and asked my further detail. at 11;38 am I missed a call, Because of resting for night shift.I just checked my statement & found £ 17.95 deducted from my account that wasn't me Because I used my debit card on 3rd Oct to buy Train ticket £17.40 that was the last.Thank you very much for your help and so sorry to missed a call.

    If you set up a new "online payment" - you'll be given a 4-digit security code and the option to ring your mobile or landline. When this number calls, it'll ask you to input or speak the 4 digits. Then hang up. It's Easy! Hope this helps?
