I think this was a fraud check call from 'Bank of Scotland' that I answered and was then transferred to the 'customer service dept' which wasn't answered promptly. I hung up, but this resulted in a 27p charge for me. Not a lot, but a good scam if you manage it for a lot of people!

Caller said that he is calling from the Bank of Scotland and irregularities on my account was. So he did not say that he was from Bank of Scotland, but said "I'm from their bank" and I then asked "by the Bank of Scotland?". He wanted expression Account data that I did not want to give him, so he hung up.
