I just to confirm previous comments, this is a legitimate number from. HBOS, which was used to confirm an online payment I made.
This site was extremely useful, as I had previously blocked this number as unknown, and therefore couldn't set my payment up. After checking through all my blocked numbers on this site I discovered this one to be real!
