   Fed up of these people calling. Started ringing again after a couple of months break. Now same time in 2 days. Don't appreciate a call about buying boilers at 10am on a Sunday mornin. How can I report them. We're on telephone preference service too

   Northern Gas (various companies with same name) - woman rang who knew my name, told me I was entitled to a free boiler if I was the home owner and under 75 (why?). I said that I had already checked and I was NOT entitled to a free boiler, she said I was, I again said that I am not entitled to a free boiler and she said I was. She passed me over to a advisor Shane who went into a prepared script, the cost of the boiler would be included in the monthly charge which also covers servicing. I said the first person said that the boiler was free, he said she would not have said it was free. I said she said it was free twice as I had responded twice, he said she would not have said it's free. At this point I said no thanks not interested and terminated the call.
