   I have been called three times by an automated system run by Park Lane Services about a PPI claim. I ignored he first, listened to the second call and pressed 9 to be taken off their list. I received a third call and just put the phone down.I receoved a further call when I was out and after dialling 1471 was advised the number calling me was 0203 5194760 I called the number and was connected to "PARK LANE SERVICES, PLEASE DIAL 5 TO SPEAK WITH AN ADVISOR OR 9 TO BE TAKEN OFF OUR SYSTEM"
   I am on the telephone preference list so in their case it's totally ignored. I will report them!

   We've also had multiple calls from them in spite of TPS. So will also report them.

   I keep getting repeated unwanted calls from this company and from info above there is no way to stop this!!!!
   Something needs to be done!

   The number is described as premium rate. They dont answer so is it a scam to earn income from people responding to complain about uneanted calls

   If you call back the number and press 5 to speak to an 'advisor' they answer as either PPI Helpline or Park Lane Financial Services. Asking to be removed from their database makes no difference, they just keep calling you once they've got your number.
