Well, here's a new one! My wife needed to contact Optical Express to complain about her contact lens prescription supplied being incorrect. She dialled them on an 0800 number but we have just found out tonight that dialling this DIVERTS you onto 08702202020 and then you rack up a substantial call-cost.

these bastards will phone you three times a day unless you ask to be removed from their list. dodgy company who are just trying to increase sales by harassing people. treat their employees incredibly badly too. BOYCOTT THEM.
