This number has appeared on our phone bill as an outgoing call at least once a day for the last month, but sometimes up to 7 or 8 times a day.
It appears mostly in the middle of the night when our office is closed so we could not possibly be making the calls but we are being charged for them anyway. BT are currently saying that they cannot stop the outgoing calls and are refusing to refund the charges.
