These guys tricked my 89 year old mother with dementia into buying their "services" on 12 August 2016. I only found out when they called again six days later and spoke to me by mistake. An Indian-sounding "customer service executive" calling himself Patrick refused to cancel the contract or to recognise the statutory cooling-off period. I was compelled to 'phone them back on two further occasions, each time with Patrick sticking to his arguments about recorded & irreversible telephone contracts. Eventually, he let me speak to his "manager", a woman, also Indian-sounding, who immediately said that the contract would be cancelled and no charge made ( I guess they have still profitted through the 'phone call charges). My research indicates that this organisation is also using the 'phone no 02030558423.

Rob from TPM said that they were renewing my contract to stop nuisance calls. I replied that I was with TPS. He muttered that TPS was now TPM. I got his number 08712 700039 and said that I would phone him back. Have checked online and found this site.
