Like the above reports…I was curious as to who it was that I had rung that in-cured the additional charges to my phone bill.
Putting in the number on my iPad search
Damart came up. Really, what a liberty…
Especially as the time was spent guiding the sales assistant to the items I was hoping to purchase. Never Again good bye Damart.

Thought I was helping Damart when I rang to tell them that a customer had passed away. Just got my phone bill to find I was being charged at premium rate. How low can you get !

I made three calls to Damart sort out an order made through their website. Only when I got my phone bill did I discover I had been charged over £25 for the calls to customer service. This is totally unacceptable

This is a rip off. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE IS A FREEPHONE NUMBER FOR DAMART. JUST SEARCH FOR IT !!!
