Caller said I had a problem with my windows system & asked me to log on. Made out I was an elderly person & needed longer than he wanted to give me. After 10mins he became abusive saying come on you silly old woman why haven't you done as I told you too. After another few mins & further abuse I then informed him I was not stupid & knew his call was a scam. He didn't like this one bit saying I had wasted his time & banged the phone down.

This number rang me with what sounded like a scam, telling me my computer had been hacked. When I responded that I was confused as to what he was talking about, he told me to get off the phone before he started "abusing me". I was in shock at this point so asked what he meant, and he started swearing at me calling me a "fucking stupid woman". I said I was calling the police and he said "the police are right next to me now and they're listening to you". Very scary and aggressive call, I'm notifying the police now.

They've called 5 times today, answered the fifth time, they claimed to be from the Pension group a government claims agency who are going to help me unlock a higher rate of pension. I can't imagine how that will work from the US?.
