Curtis has called two days running now, pretending he had a meeting booked with a colleague on 9th June - when told this was not true, he went as far to say he'd listened back to call in which he arranged this meeting with said colleague. A complete lie - the colleague he is trying to speak to doesn't even deal with the phone contracts. If this is genuinely Three mobile, they need to seriously review their practices as Curtis came across as aggressive and needs to be sacked.
