Several calls have been made to my mobile number over the past 2 weeks. No message has been left. I returned the call using a with held number and went through to a call centre environment who did not give the name of the company when answering an incoming call. The operator answered with their name only and sounded quite aggressive. I did not bother speaking to them and have blocked their number off my mobile phone.
Anyone interested in doing business would have the decency to leave a voicemail or text. I have been trained in customer service for many years and have always answered any call with the name of the company and my name, along with 'can I help you'.
Unprofessional and untrustworthy.
