   had a call for an energy efficiency test, as i was looking to replace my windows and doors anyway, i accepted for a surveyor to come into my home. then have nothing but praises for them. and highly recommend

   Asked if they could be quick as I was having lunch, person on line became aggressive and called me an extremely rude name then terminated the call.

   Alspec home improvements
   Called me several times saying that they had government funding so agreed to appointment when the salesman (not surveyor they said was coming) came he tried selling me double glazing started at £11000 then with funding went to £4000 I said I wanted to get other quotes he then started to get angry saying I had wasted his time I got really scared he wouldn’t leave kept insisting I had to take the deal I threatened to call the police that’s when he left swearing at me I have since reported him and Alspec home improvements to the police do not trust this company they are very scary

   Scam and con men/women. Claiming to offer double glazing and other government funded home improvements of which they are not entitled to or a bonefidle company. Highly rude, sales driven, aggressive staff on the phone all on commission will say anything for you to have the surveyor not really its a sales guy who will turn up and pressure and force vulnerable people to buy their services. They they get a local to fit the windows (at half the price). Plus they ring people on tenancies ie who pay rent. Joke of a company. Avoid at all costs.
