I received a call from this number, they knew my full name and told me in their records I was showing as someone who had an accident. I said no and by the time I was finishing my sentence asking to take my number off their records, they hung up. how do we stop these calls?

Woman called knowing my name and told me I could have legal help after being in a car crash. Told her I hadn't been in a crash, and she got confused. Proceeded to ask if I had been in a car in the last month. Said I own a car but don't need to drive. Then asked about my insurance policy. After telling her that this was a cold call and wanted to know how she obtained my details, she said she's remove them from her database. I highly doubt it.

THEY CALLED ME ABOUT AN ACCIDENT IN THE LAST THREE YEARS. I HAVE NEVER HAD AN ACCIDENT. I SAID SHE WAS A COLD CALLER AND SHE SAID HOW WOULD I HAVE YOU NUMBER, NAME AND ADDRESS IF SHE WAS A COLD CALLER. BECAUSE THEY'VE OBVIOUSLY BOUGHT MY DETAILS. SADLY SHE'S OBVIOUSLY NOT VERY BRIGHT.

A man called me on 01233660730 ( he knew my name) claiming I'd been in a car 'incident' recently - which I haven't! He said he worked for some sort of legal company and became quite irritated when I challenged him and refused to give any information.
