Number was withheld but the pattern is identical. Have been receiving these calls since getting a new phone line two weeks ago - several times a day. Finally pressed "2" to ask them to remove my number - guy just laughed. Wouldn't give a phone number, address or anything - just gave the company name as "Green Deals".

Weeks and weeks of unwanted voicemails. I finally pushed button '9' spoke to a very sarcastic, unhelpful Geordie called 'Stewie' who refused to confirm that he would remove my telephone number from their records. He refused to give me his full address other than 'Aldershot'. I've reported this to the TPS but not convinced that this will stop.

I asked for my name to be removed from their database as I was unlisted and also on the telephone preference scheme (TPS)I was told that was irrelevant because they were acting on behalf of the Government. I insisted they stop calling me, he (Callum)laughed and said you can complain if you want and put the phone down on me.

Every couple of days the 'Green Deals Advice Line' leaves a message. Today I called them back, told them we were with TPS and asked them to stop. The loser on the other end just hung up on me. When I 1471'd him the number that came up was 01313324913.

We've been getting recorded messages from boiler/energy companies almost daily for about a month now - usually it's picked up on our answerphone whilst we're out or we just hang up as soon as we hear the recording so I don't know if they're all from the same people. This call started with a recording about something along the usual energy/boiler lines(I didn'r really pay attention to the detail) and then 'press 2 to speak to someone' - so I did. The guy I spoke to said that he was calling from 'Unit 2, Blackwater Park, Holder Road, Aldershot, GU12 4PQ. Tel: 0808 8010327'. (The number my phone captured from the call was 001441315390992.) I said I was a member of TPS and he said that only covered marketing calls and this wasn't a marketing calls (wrong on both counts, I'm sure). I asked him to take my number of the company's list and he said he could only do that if I answered some questions first. I refused to do this and he hung up. I've reported this call through the ICO website (ico.org.uk).

I have caller ID and can block these people anytime. They're also using 01942 893 514.
I decided to press 2 and spoke to a guy from 'National Green Advice line'. I gave him my address as:

Then my name for the call around 'Go fuck yourself'. For some reason this caused him to spit down the phone.
I thanked him for his time and hoped he had a lovely day but don't forget to go fuck yourself. Then I hung up.
They phoned me back ten seconds later. The customer service representative began spitting down the line at me for ten seconds while I laughed at him. Then he hung up.
I'm planning to connect to them every day with fake address's for them to visit.

After waiting several minutes, I eventually spoke to a male person. I told him that if I got any more calls I would report him to the national press. He did not know what that meant. I asked for the address of the office so that I could write to the company. All he would say that it was in Aldershot.

I actually spoke with a representative of hte company who stated that this was a government offshoot. He would not remove my number without me answering questions about our energy appliances. I refused and after a heated converstaion I asked to speak with his supervisor. The usual, one was not available. I then asked to be rung back by one, at which point he said that a manager was available. I was immediately put through ['immediately' as in less than a second] to a 'manager', the voice being remarkably similar to the original representative. A repeat of the 'please remove my number' conversation ensued, together with the same response. I continually stated that my number was registered with the TPS, and the reply was that I must have ticked an online box stating that I wanted to receive calls from 3rd parties. This is something I NEVER do, and told 'Ben' this. After agian requesting that my number be removed from their list, and again being asked for energy appliance information, I said that if my number was not removed, I would complain to the Communications Ombusdman. The reply was curt and immediate "fell free sir" and the line went dead. -

Today finally spoke to a person and after asking how and to remove my number this woman on the other line couldn't or wouldn't answer me after receiving a not to happy response after the annoyance of these calls and ending up slamming the phone down she keeps calling back now constantly how can I stop this without taking my phone of the hook I'm with sky and they don't block numbers..

This company is harassing me, phone calls start around 8am. I usually hear the start of the message and hang up,so my message box is always full. I finally pressed 2 as instructed and got a call back from this company. When I complained about the number of calls, she hung up on me.

Sick to death of calls from this company at least 6 calls a day since we moved into the property 2 years ago, we are also registered with TPS which has been explained to them, the calls stopped for a week but soon started up again!!

Multiple calls a day from an International Number asking to Press 2 to be put through to someone.
Pressed 2 and then heard some on hold music.
Got a call back from 01252759853 and the operator claimed he didn't anything about having a number removed from their list, wouldn't provide his name or company name and said he had no interest in removing me from their marketing list and became increasingly aggressive -

After many, many recorded messages about boilers this, solar panels that, I was in today. Answered the call, they are based in Aldershot, I asked if they had screened their database for TPS registered numbers...she apologised straight away and said that my number will be removed. We will have to wait and see. Why doesn't the TPS do it's job?

A recorded message regularly told us we're entitled to a Government funded boiler. There were left on our voicemail up to 3 times per day over many months. Today I answered a call. The call connected to an announcement: "I'm sorry, that's not a valid extension. Please try again". 5 minutes later we received a call from a real person, at which point I ascertained the company to be GREEN DEAL PRICE LINE. The CLI on this call was 01252759853. I mentioned that the company had called us 200-300 times - at which point the caller became abusive. When I pointed out that we were registered with the TPI, she hung up. Now we have a company name and CLI, I've reported it to Ofcom.

Have been called daily around 11.30 from this number offering Energy efficient boilers and solar panels. Usually I am cut off when trying to speak with someone but when you do get through to someone they say they are calling from Green Deals and won't give a company name or information. I'm cut off if I ask for this or to be removed from their database. I wouldn't mind so much if they only called once but this is daily and I wish I could stop it. I am registered with TPS who have done nothing as usual.

Get a pre-recorded call from these people almost every day. By pressing a key on my phone I was able to speak to someone real. I asked to be removed from their list, mentioning I am registered with the TPS, at which point he hung up on me. Until the TPS gets some real teeth I dispair of being able to put a stop to this plague of cold-callers!

Caller identified himself as Dan from Greendeals Advice. Claimed to be approved by the government, whatever that is supposed to mean. Insisted that registering with the TPS made no difference to whether he was allowed to call. He couldn't transfer me to his supervisor; he couldn't tell me the address of the company; he couldn't tell me where he got my number from (despite telling me I had to ring them if I wanted them to remove my number). What he could do was tell me that he was an expert in the law and I had no right not to be contacted.
If Dan ever gets to reading this, the relevant law is section 21 of the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003. I suspect he already knows this - criminals like him aren't known for their honesty.

This number harrassing you? no probs ... Contact details below, i now no longer get any calls from this number. Staff is very rude when questioned, after finaly loosing my patience I had a advisor hang up on me only to call me from a witheld number and threaten me telling me he knows where i live and hes going to come find me and in his words "fuck me up"
