   Called and asked me if I was interested in buying an old cricket bat & some peanut butter!! I was not interested, but the caller was a good old guy, he was called Cyril Beefburger.

   Is this 'OUTRAGEOUS ' or What !?!
   
   My partner checked out car ins through compare the market.com back in march & gave my mobile as an additional point of contact.
   Im absolutely disgusted my personal details have been sold on.
   
   Isn't it about time our otherwise Crap Tory Government stepped in in their shiney size 9 brogues and ended the nations harassment by bogus callers???
   
   Or is this a too lucrative back hander for them cronies loose out on ?

   Couldn't get a straight answer out of the caller as to where they got my number from, and she clearly couldn't give a crap and was probably just waiting to get outside on her break and have a fag.

   Tried to tell me they worked "along side" Legal and General which would make the unsuspecting think they work WITH or FOR Legal and General, which they don't as they admitted they were an independent finance company. As soon as I heard those words I promptly told the male caller to F**K OFF and put the phone down on him. No doubt they bought numbers from Legal and General which kind of p****s me off so I think Legal and General will get an ear bashing too! Don't be afraid to be nasty to them as they are another bunch of scammers.

    Not sure how they got my number but as i answered the person was obviously talking to someone else, very loudly! i asked who they were and she told me she was calling from Insure4less - never heard of them and not sure how they got my number.

    Received caller asking about my life insurance policy and did I know I was due a rebate due to retail price index. I acted thick telling her I did not have details at hand and I was working. She said she would call back but after reading this page I put her number on the reject list !

    Call centre representative asked to speak with "Mary" and went on to query details regarding life insurance policy with Insure. Stating I don't have a policy with Insure, he replied that they were a marketing firm acting on behalf of life insurance providers. He then asked whether I had a mortgage (because this includes life insurance). I informed him I was not a mortgage holder. I queried given that I don't have life insurance and am not a mortgage holder, why my mobile number was on his list? To which he stuttered and said goodbye.
