"I decided after speaking to the sales team in Nov 2011 to trial this new form of social media marketing for one month, as I didn’t understand why my website was not receiving traffic. I did initially try and do it for myself and found it too difficult to find that balancing act between work & home life, I could never dedicate the time needed to monitor the results & also I found that it was very expensive. I tried SEO aswell on google and also found this to be time consuming and expensive aswell, so you could say I was initially un-decided about doing this form of marketing was an understatement when I received the call from the sales team. That said, I gave it a go, and to be honest the first month was quiet, understandably after the initial exposure my website needed to get new enquiries, after that it really started to pick up a lot of traffic quite quickly, I had a dedicated account manager to talk me through the results, and Richard is always there to help. Due to the traffic my website has received over time, I now monitor the anyalitics alongside Richard and the results are very impressive, in just 3 mths my facebook page likes increased from 32 to 913. I have for this reason committed myself to them for another year."
