Told them would report them for harassment told even though we are covered by TPS as we had a BT phone No. over 30 yeas ago they can still keep ringing. My response to that is unprintable!! -

Just had this number call. Initally asked for previous owner, once explained this the 'lad' explained it was regarding home energy and asked for my husband!!! Needless to say I asked him if he thought perhaps he was being sexiest and did he not think I could handle he's call to which the plonker said rudely yes actually I am being sexiest. Disgusting behaviour.

Very rude. Got a call from someone called Eunice. When I said the house was rented she hung up. The company's web address is eygwindowsdotcodotuk Feel free to ring them or email them to register your complaint. I certainly did. Hello, I have just received a phone call from a lady called Eunice. I told her this house is rented. I got no 'thank you for your time' or 'OK. Sorry to bother you, goodbye', she just hung up. Very rude and highly unprofessional. I am a team manager in a call centre setting and this call would've failed all quality monitoring as well as leaving the offending staff member with a firm warning and more offers for training in customer care. This has a knock on effect for the company, as it gives a very poor image to someone who could've been a potential customer or could've recommended your company to someone who did need home improvements. A bloke on the line in an office environment jat other end. I heard him say "I need one more", I said hello and got no response, then line dropped.

This number called me today saying I have been selected for free vouchers towards my energy bills. They wouldn't say where they found my phone no. as I am ex directory so a mystery to me. None of my questions could be answered but said they would ring me back. Told them not to call me again.

'Craig' and his supervisor both sounded very Glaswegian for a company phoning from Manchester!
Unsolicited caller was very keen to tell me that I may be eligible for up to £2,000 towards the cost of replacement windows. I complained to his supervisor about cold calling me when I am signed up with the TPS. I was told the call was for 'research' not sales and not covered by the TPS. Yeah right. -

I got Caller ID just to deal with monkeys like this. A Manchester number appeared; I let it go to answerphone. A few words into the message I heard a man say 'Another one' and hung up.
So to all the retards who do this for a so-called living - go and wash cars instead.
