Caller introduced herself as Yvonne. Told me pack of lies, saying that they'd been given a big order on the back of our recommendation for windows/doors and wanting to give us 'factory' price for remainder. As they were in the area on a 'big job' wanted to make appt to give us a quote. Very persistent so I hung up.

Called a school use mobile phone to speak to a Mrs Hopkins. When asked who it was said it was Mr Hopkins in a very abrupt tone, as if to question my asking. No Mr or Mrs Hopkins known here!!!
