   long silenace after I asnswered, then indian call center, want to speak to business owner about the telephone lines.
   we install and look after phone system for our customers.

   the caller said they were from a telecoms firm (sorry dont remember the name) asked to speak to the owner, i explained he was dead, he told me maybe i should die, when would i be dead. Its bad enough being harassed all the time by these companies but i dont expect to be told to die, something has to be done about these people!!!!

   Takes a long time to speak after answering phone (waiting to connect at their end) asked for the business owner, hung up when told he wasn't here.
