they have your number and name and say they have £4850 from ppi claims but the fee is 25% of which half has to be put into western union the balance they take from the amount before they send it..call is def from overseas and a strong Indian/pakistani accent..you then get a number to dial in coventry which is 024769 80847 and the person at the end of the line also with similar accent is called paul wilson ( seriously)..clearly a scam ...
