   Yet another call that should not have got through the call preference listing. An Indian guy saying that someone on my number had had an accident. I told him to never call my number again !!! (I may have used stronger words than that...) and hung up.

   Just had 'another' call from this number. Asian man mumbled what company he was from &when i asked again he hesitated..then asked what accident i had been in. I replied 'none' & can you remove my number pls..he said NO I WONT & he Hung up... Very rude,very dodgy

   Male asian caller called himself "Accident Helpline" and when I said I was registered with the TPS he told me to shut up. Have reported them to TPS. If your number is registered with the TPS you can do the same.

   Was woken up at 5.45 this morning by this caller. Didn't get to the phone and remained in bed tossing and turning wondering who it could be and if something had happened to a relative! Went to reverse the number and find out who called and it said this number. Reading from a few places it says it's a foreign man from national accident helpline. Should be illegal. Our number is ex-directory and we've used TPS and this should not be possible!

    called at 06.40 am on a SUNDAY morning. I have family in Australia so leapt out of bed to answer the call, but it went to answer machine, they left no message.... they call at this time again I will whistle down the phone at them. NO ONE denies me my extremely rare sleep ins except family

    received call from man with indian accent, he said he is calling from national accident helpline - i told him to remove my details from his database and never call back again. if only that was true. i have also reported this on the national accident helpline website and apparently it isn't them so i don't know what else to do.

    A foreign gentleman called me from this number asking if someone had reported an accident. I got into a bit of a panic thinking my husband had been in a car accident. Turned out he wanted to know if we'd reported an accident in the last 3 year. When I told him I thought my husband had been injured and that it wasn't a very clever way to start a conversation he hung up

    0008456889000 called for at least the second time. male caller with Indian accent who hung up quickly when I said I knew nothing about any accident.

    This number called and asked how Jennifer was after her accident!!!
    As no-one with that name husband just told them they had got the wrong number and they rang off!!

    My landline is ex-directory and TPS protected. Makes no difference to these people, as I understand from other posts that they're probably from India. I didn't pick up, and they didn't leave a message. Can't tell you how SICK I am of these calls!

    Had a another call from a rude Indian sounding woman saying that someone from my number had a claim for 'accident and emergency' . I'm sick of these pests.

    I recieved a call at 1130hrs on 18/6/2014 claiming to represent National Accident Helpline and informing me that someone on my home number had been involved in an accident. When I asked where they had obtained my number the woman caller closed the call.
