Caller said he was from a company (I didn't get the name) representing Admiral. Had just received Viber call from same number but rejected that call so he called my mobile. Wouldn't answer when I asked where he got my details, said I had been involved in a no-fault accident in the last three years. For a start, I have most definitely not been involved in any such incident. I would never give my mobile number, always my landline, and it wouldn't occur to me to quote my Viber details. I called Admiral and spoke to a chap in Claims who, once we had established that I wasn't complaining but was trying to help, was interested to know any details. Unfortunately I wasn't able to give any info other than the number, but he would like to know if I or anyone else has a similar experience. Admiral's number is 0800 1181 695, ask for Ben Wallacott in Claims.

From company saying I had been involved in a traffic accident and the third party had admitted liability. My guess is that they would have taken my bank details and scammed me. Once I started to query the nature of the call the caller started to stutter and then mid sentence hung up
