Call to my landline at 09:27 on Friday 13 May 2022.
Silence of about 30 seconds whilst I said 'Hello' then very fast patter in unintelligible male voice - which may have been in a foreign language or heavily accented English. I responded with 'I cannot understand what you are saying...' paused fo any reply and then hung up. Suspect call centre.

Repeat call to my landline at 14:04 on Fri 13 May 2022.
No-one there when picked up but after about 30 seconds heard call centre voices. Male with very strong accent spoke but was completely unintelligible. He terminated the call without responding to my 'hello - anyone there?' As before, suspected scam call.
