His name is Ahmed and he claims to be a smart phone marketer but at a cheap price. He asks for money to be transferred to his account and does not accept payment through Visa. They have a fake website to track the shipment, so you believe and be fooled. They tell you that the shipment arrived in a country but is held in the port. You have to pay us a sum (which is a large sum) so we can release the shipment, but all this is a lie and a scam.
