had a call from this number claiming they represented my broadband provider , and that they were getting strong signals from my connection suggesting there were viruses slowing down my connection . He then after giving me his jargon wanted me to give hm remote access to my computer so he could sort it all out .
At this point i refused pointing out i dont know who he was and all he done to identify who he represented was reel of a list of various broadband providers that his company worked for and i certainly was not going to hand over remote access to somebody who has called me and told me i have an issue .
