As usual with this type of call, it began with much background noise. Eventually a foreign-sounding woman spoke and, as I expected, said she was from Talk Talk. "Oh yes, the usual nonsense," I responded. "Carry on with your speach." Every time she paused I said, "Carry on." When she had reached the point of wanting to know what devices I had connected to my computer I told her I had been trying to waste as much of her time as had been wasting of mine, and that at this point the usual thing would be for to ring off. She again said she was from Talk Talk and wanted to know what was connected to my computer. "Carry on wasting your time," I told her. At this point she rang off. It was as predictable as all the other things she had been telling me. I have found this is the best way of dealing with these foreign criminals.
