Recorded message saying that I can get solar panels which are government funded, I can either contact them direct or press 9 to have my number removed from their database.
As they didn't leave me their company name nor a phone number I find it very suspicious, and I am definitely not going to press number 9 as they might connect me to someone else and I am not paying for an international phone call. -

This number is not their real number. Their real number is 0161 826 7993.
They refuse to take you off their list so do what someone else has said:
Agree for someone to come round to do their checks. When they arrive just say you cancelled over the phone the same day. Maybe do this once per week till they get the message.
Not sure where to with this, who would be the regulator to contact? -

Rang saying that they wanted to contact the owners of the property (recorded message) This is obviously a con job. Why should someone in Bermuda want to contact the owner of my house. Since I am the owner how come they don't know my name . Just another thieving load of con artists trying to separate people from their money. Another number going into my call blocker.
