Had a call from this number but my phone intercepts unknown callers and asks who they are before it rings me and asks if I want to accept the call from them. Caller hung up without identifying themself therefore I suspected this was a time waster. My suspician was confirmed when I checked on this site and found out where the call originated from. I do not know anyone in California.
