Annoyed!! reported number +2030264051 as unknown
5 calls this morning all saying about Windows and Malware - they are quite rude. Have tried saying I don't have a computer. Have also tried asking them where they've got this number from as this telephone number is strictly ex-directory and they can't answer. If you shout and get stroppy they put the phone down on you. Or tell them to hold the line a minute, leave it on mute and go about your business and simply waste their money!

Just moved home, fibre optic installed, insisted on ex-directory, nobody has my number other than my Mother! (Appreciate I probably have the previous owner's old number or a 'recycled' one).The nuisance calls have started - two from this number. Best approach is not to answer AT ALL. Once they know your line is live and there's a human in your house, the calls will be ceaseless. IF you answer, tell them you're an investigative auditor for Sophos, a Police Officer, a criminal solicitor....answer every question with a question and WARN them you have are tracking their call right now....

The first foreign gentleman I spoke to said he was from a monitoring company but his accent was too thick so he put his supervisor on who insisted I had sent him several messages from that phone. Not really possible as it was a landline and no one in the house dials international numbers. I hung up.

Two calls in the last two days. First I said there was no PC here only a Mac. This obviously didn't stop a second call. I asked for their company location which they gave as London, perhaps there is a London in Alexandria Egypt where the call came from. At least the English was better than the usual calls I get of this type from India. But as usual, told them they were scammers and to &*(( $%% and hang up. They called straight back so I cut them off.

Do as I do - call them every name under the sun using the worst possible language. Doesn't help at all but at least makes you feel better, they are hardly likely to raise a complaint with anyone as they are trying to scam you anyway !

I PLAYED A LONG WITH THEM FOR OVER 15 MINUTES THEY ASKED ME I HAD A PC I SAID YES AFTER THEM TRYING ALL THEY COULD AND ME ACTING THE NO NOTHING PLAYED ALONG KNOWING FUL WELL WHAT THEY WANTED ME TO DO ONLY WORKS ON WINDOWS, RIGHT AT THE END THEY THEY THEN SAID YOU ARE RUNNING WINDOW? I SAID KNOW IM ON A LINUX BASE SYSTEM TO WHICH THEY CUT ME OFF!!!! SO SAD I WAS ENJOYING WASTING THERE TIME LOL :O(

I had the same rude man. 002030264051 Told him I didn't have a pc to get rid of him. Then he say Why dont you have a computer. He then asked what my husbands name was. I said I didn't have a husband, he then asked Why I didn't have a husband. Very rude and I then hung up.

Last tme this number called, no mesage left, but have had the 'Windoiws problem' scam on this number - last time they just joked about it and I hung up. What does 'your rating' mean - is it personal to me, i.e. my rating of myself or about the call?

Same problem as everybody else. I get calls 5-8 times a day every day from this number and have done for the last 3 months. Have contacted police who told me as its not based in UK they can't (read WON'T) do anything.

I have ben called by this number 5 times in last few days saying they were from Microsoft/Windows techinical, ranging from a Peter, John & today a lady all with Indian accents. Told this one today they were a bogus co and if they call me again, I will contact the police

Called today by this number with an Indian sounding woman reading script on problem with Windows computer re hackers virus software and that I should turn on computer and they will check. Told them I wasn't interested and that I hadn't been on the PC for months, still very persistent. Asked to be taken off their calling list then hung up. Annoying as less computer savvy people would be taken in!!!

Had 3 calls in 24 hours. Purporting to be calling from Microsoft about something wrong on my computer. I was suspicious so asked lots of questions about caller's job title with Microsoft etc. I got passed on to someone else called 'Ari' who has more fluent English. He told me that as he had my telephione number and the registration number of my computer he must be legit!! He hung up when I continued to ask questions. He was quite bullying and argumentative when I challenged him. Highly suspect.

Have called me $ times within the last 4 hours, same script each time. There is a problem with your Windows PC are you sat in front of it. Can you see the Ctrl key and next to that the Windows Key. Please press the windows key and the R and release them. Tell me what it says on screen.
At that point I told them I was going to pass their details onto the Police as they were just a bunch of scammers. To which they either said that I was waisting their time.....Bunch of Jokers -

I've had 3 calls in the past 24 hours from this number, all trying to play the same game, they tell me something is wrong with my Windows computer, hackers, errors, blah blah. They try and get you to go through a bunch of bogus steps on your computer to fix the make believe problems and then bill you for their services. I've had some elderly friends fall for this scam. If you get a call, tell them you need a minute to boot up your computer and then leave the phone of the hook.

Caller tried insisting that the was a problem with my computer. Tried getting me to follow his instructions on what to do on the machine. Claimed to be from Microsoft although I called the real Microsoft and confirmed it was a false call.
Advise that anyone receiving a call from this number hangs up immediately.
