I find 0203 numbers can be sold for ~£3/month, to anyone on planet: to FRAUDULENTLY appear London-based. (see: www.lovemoney.com/news/28892)

PBC or PVC "boiler grants" call. This company do not respect the TPS, and are not very bright -- I've told them we don't have a boiler, yet they keep calling back offering these so called "grants"!
Call centres: our daughter's first job was at one in Brummagem; but she's now on a good career path. In contrast, that call centre's owners are now serving many years behind bars for fraudulent scams: and all because enough folk complained.
