Female, said her company had been checking on my computer for a few weeks & rang to let me know so that I can give them access to fix it for me.This is a well publicised scam being carried out in UK at present.Kept her talking for a minute then thanked her & said I had now traced her number& knew where she was calling from and that it was a scam call. She rang off rapidly! 1471 gave me the number.
