Exactly the same as above " Michael's letter" but different name Mr Weigang says he is a banker from Hong Kong. with $12 million half left to me.

Not a phone call but a printed letter with this contact number in the form +852-81999-658 (which probably works) and an email address (but no street address). Apparently someone with my (not too uncommon) surname but no known relatives died in Hong Kong with $12 million in an account, and this kind person wants to give half to me. Past tales of similar communications from Nigeria report repeated requests for thousands to pay taxes and expenses, with nothing at the end.
