Carphone Warehouse following up on a Trustpilot review I wrote. Their comment asked for my contact details via email. Instead of replying to the email, they interrupted me in work with a phone call.

This is Carphone Warehouse Customer Services
They called me in regards to an account error that I'd raised with them a few days before. -
Just iD mobile (for carphone warehouse) I called the customer services number (7777) when I had a complaint and they said they'd call me back on 0114 452 2000 and they did so. From my experience a very trustworthy number although this number may also be used for carphone warehouse telemarketing

Caller rang me and clearly it is from a call centre as lots of people talking in the background about mobile phones. Caller did not speak and hung up the phone. I rang the number back which is supposedly on the Sheffield UK exchange but there was a one sentence message which said 'you have been called by carphonewarehouse'. A few minutes later the same caller ID appeared on my phone and when I answered it it was a female calling from carphonewarehouse in SOUTH AFRICA!!

It's the carphone warehouse and they never leave it ringing long enough to answer. So annoying!
