   This is a call from Creation. In my case they were calling to do a twofold check. Number one, a transaction in progress on the Creation Cashback Card looked a bit iffy to them so they wanted to confirm, and then also to make sure my info was all still correct, including current state of employment. They WILL ask you to confirm part of your postcode, your house number, this is a security check that is common with most banks even so dont be alarmed.
