Called me a few minutes ago today to offer me a deal regarding my debt management plan. I told them (truthfully) that I am ill and asked them to call back another time (which was generous as my debt management plan is working very well, and I didn't need to talk to them at all). They argued that didn't matter because blah blah and were very rude, talking over me. I regained control and repeated that I was unwell.
The caller started sneering "Don't you have the energy to listen?!" I snapped at them and hung up in the middle of their withering. Nasty. I tried calling back to register a complaint and it kept ringing with no answer. Time wasters.
